"Super rude never coming back the guy at the meat department makes me feel awful he do ugly faces to me … if you don’t like your job find something else that makes you happy however customer should never be treated this way …..am never coming back to a place I feel unwelcome……"
"Everyone in the store was super kind and one of the cleanest stores I’ve been to in Houston"
"The employees are grinding through their day and really don’t care one way or the other. Especially if you’re a gringo. I’ll have to shift to Spanish (which is clear) and they’ll look at you like they don’t understand. No hay problelma, I’ll speak to you like you’re a mentally challenged child with hand signals. The marinated beef ribletts are dang good cooked over mesquite but, way overpriced at $10 a pound. The seasoning they use is sold there. Easy enough to get and marinate your own. Any store will cut a cut a slab of ribs down at no cost. Take home, rinse bone shavings off, season, bag, sit in the fridge at least overnight. Done with this location."
"I give them one star, because in the butcher shop they never attended me, they were doing something other than 2, I didn't know one."
"I go in here a lot, mostly to kill time as I'm always in the area. This location is just like their other stores, They have a food counter there. l always check out the steam table before making any taco decisions. Breakfast and lunch are pretty safe times to go because the food is fresh. The meat counter has got to be the other reason people would look for this place. They always have what you need for the grill. Their marinades are popular, especially on the pork ribs and fajitas. The produce section is kept up and stocked, so if you find you need banana leaves, here you go. If you find yourself waiting on someone at Hobby airport, vgo here. I'll be there eating pan dulce drinking coffee. Happily killing time."
