"Location is horrible ever since Dr Mishauun left it’s been downhill, the front desk staff is horrible and ghetto and don’t know how to do there job. They leave you on hold for hours but then you walk in a there eating on Facebook or TikTok or Instagram, the nurses don’t know anything they have horrible attitudes, I’m in the process of speaking to corporate office for Cooks and the Director for Mccart exact location…DONT GO HERE !!"
"Dr Alvarez is great but whoever they have answering the phones is ridiculous. No matter what time of the day you call you wait on hold. I was on this morning for 45 minutes and hung up because no body picked up the phone. I understand it is cold and flu season and it’s busy I work at an urgent care, But my little one hasn’t had any vaccines since he turned 1 year old he’s now 18 months almost and is scheduled to get tubes in his ears by his ENT and needs his vaccines up to date? What are us parents supposed to do when y’all don’t answer the phone and aren’t very good at scheduling people."
"Drs are great . Only front office staff is really bad at not answering calls . (This is not from yesterday)At any time of the day, 24/7.. Darlene. Idk even know how she works there is supposed to be a good environment. She has an attitude with everyone. On top of that bossy like she owns the place . "No appointments until September for a check up is ridiculous. What do you do when kids go to school and parents work same hours yall are open? My kids birthday is in May and they should be seen at some point before they go back for their physicals. Now they are cutting them off before they turn 18. I get a letter stating they have 30 days to find a new physician. They have 6 more months people"
