"I’m waiting I. Lien for 20 min only one register open and 10 people behind me I was next they finally opened another lane waved me over to come to the opening lane I put my items down and the lady stops me says oh you know what someone had to do an exchange I have to get them first I got out of my original line that I was next in to get behind a person that had at least 100 items to exchange when the lady waved me over. I had 4 items and would not have been a very quick check out so then of course I lost my appt in my original line. Completely terrible customer service I’m shocked this happened and everyone behind me was very irritated as well I walked out I will go to a different dollar tree from now on"
"Ranayah is the most unpleasant ratchet employee of any retail business I have ever come across. I was hoping that I had just come across her on a bad evening, but the more shopping trips I have made over time, the more noticeable her attitude is consistent. They MUST find a replacement. She has got a horrendously obnoxious attitude, acting like everyone owes her. I have witnessed her BULLYING AND YELLING at another employee, AND THERE WAS A LINE OF US TRYING TO CHECK OUT. I'm a customer, the only thing I owe anyone in this store is my shopping bill. I despise shopping here when she is working. Worst customer service ever. Worst attitude ever. Sean, the manager, MUST FIND ANOTHER EVENING PERSON THAT IS MORE COMPETENT. I don't leave many reviews, but this RUDE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO BE CALLED OUT and since the person at Dollar Tree does not seem to want to do anything about her, maybe corporate, or someone else who cares, can do something about this employee."
