"Rooms are very tight but clean. Bathrooms are very small. $15 for cereal and bread buffet! Insane. If you want eggs or any meats you will pay per item separately. There’s absolutely better options at similar or better price points."

"The lack of cleanliness in this hotel gave it a haunted house themed appearance. The gloomy low lighted hallways and rooms, dingy sheets, and musty odor added to that themed experience. Initially i reserved a room for one night but on my way there i spontaneously changed it to 4 nights. Upon arrival I was asked what floor I would like (like most people, the first seemed ideal) but the black and brown streaks going down each door scared me away from the first floor. I figured pet rooms were designated for the first floor, so I went to the third. Every door had the same appearance and the two rooms I got to view were both disgusting. I was too tired to reload and go unload again else where so I had someone bring me clean sheets and I purchased my own Lysol wipes to bear through one night. The entire room was filthy! It had streaks and sticky spots everywhere, black mold in the shower, phones were literally covered in a layer of oily wax and dust. Oh and the “Lakeview” provides a view of a lower rooftop covered in animal poop and pine needles with a weathered/dingy white color floor. The property owner and the employees should be ashamed in the conditions of this beautifully built property. I obviously went back to the one night stay and left- went to Comfort Suites and was astonished by the night and day difference. Comfort suites was beautifully clean, included breakfast for free! And the pool was immaculate. As a Hilton member I’m very disappointed in this reservation and would never step foot in this hotel again."

"A solid hotel to stay in while visiting Granbury. Sitting right on the lake and only a couple of blocks from the square it is a good base for a stay. Digital check in was easy as always, rooms were clean but nothing spectacular. They have a small bar with a few taps downstairs and a great area to gather if you have a group. They have breakfast but it is average at best and service can be slow. This is a good HGI that is in a great location!"

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I’ve received. The ladies at the front desk, and Toni in the restaurant were especially accommodating. They have went above and beyond, and made me feel like a valued guest."

"Great location right on the lake and walking distance to downtown. The only negative that I have to say about our stay, we were looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday morning and the hotel alarm clock went off at 5:30 AM. Bummer. Other than that it was great!"
