"Took forever to get our food. Once we got our food we find out it's all undercooked and the order is completely wrong. They overcharged us and added things to the order we never ordered. In the end we just took the loss, $30+USD, threw away all the food, and went to Whataburger. Never ordering from TP ever again. Garbage company, garbage food, garbage employees, and garbage service."
"So last night my wife and friends went out to eat at this location. While sitting at their table they noticed a cockroach on the wall next to them. They got up and left and manager refused to provide a refund or anything. I understand that the food didn’t have the roach but you still expect a restaurant to be clean and keep up with it but this isn’t the first complaint this location has had about roaches but I guess they haven’t don anything about it."
"This was a really nice fast food restaurant. The service was quick and the food tasted fresh. I really liked the variety of salsas available on their salsa bar."
"Definitely not the Taco Palenque from the old days... lukewarm menudo, piratas that seemed to be sitting around a while and guisado taco that well...should've been served in a bowl w tortillas on the side. And FYI, 2 bad tortillas don't equal up to one good one. Such a waste of tortillas...no wonder their prices keep going through the roof. No more of what USED to be a great late night staple for many years."
"Not many people in this location so I was in and out quickly with my order. The speed at which my order was taken till the time it came out was incredible. The dining section was very well cleaned and huge. They follow the social distancing guidelines, which I love. I haven't seen the bathrooms there, but had I and they were clean, I would have rated this location a 5. I highly recommend this place. One minor detail though, if you are traveling North bound on Loop 20 you will pass this location, but don't worry, just get on the right lane and turn into Lakeside Division. Drive inside for a few yards and do a U turn and take a left at the light exiting Lakeside. Stay on the right lane and a few feet turn into Taco Palenque. It might be a hassle for those going North bound but it's worth it. Oh and the Piratas are well served here."
