"I have to mention that since I stopped using the drive thru and preordering using their app it has made my experience with McDonald’s more pleasant. I stopped on my way home at least twice a month and there was not a single time that I can recall when I wasn’t asked to park to wait for my food. Then it took quite a while to get the order. Since I started using the app, food is always ready within a few minutes of arriving at my curbside spot."
"McDonalds at Jacaman is spacious and clean. On two tables there are computer play stations for kids. That’s a neat come-on for families with children. Pancakes I ordered are tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. Hubby’s coffee, though, was not hot and so he was dissatisfied. When I returned it, staff replaced it with the hot brew. We were also unimpressed a bit because when we received the order, there were no utensils, syrup and butter in addition to the lukewarm coffee. Usually McDonalds staff are efficient on those routines but not today in this location. They did give them to us after we asked for them."
