"Family Dollar was listed under Veterans discounts. Last year I got a discount at this store. But today there were different people working there. I showed the cashier my veteran card and she looked confused. She went to go speak to manager. The cashier came back and told me that Family Dollar did not offer Veterans discounts. I probably had close to $100 worth of items that I could have purchased out of my pocket but I chose not to. It didn’t appear that cashier or manager cared about me being a veteran so I decided to go home and order from a regular grocery store and had it delivered."

"I recently went to this dollar store location to pick a few items. I went to check out at the register and forgot something..I told the cashiers I be right back.within 3 minutes my basket was gone returned all my items to shelve. Its rather crowded and very difficult to navigate a basket in this store. I asked him for my basket and didn't seem the least but concerned. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. He made no effort in assisting me in reviving my purchases. He was very rude and schrewed with me. I found this manager to be very unprofessional and has no customer service skills are qualities for his position. The end"
