"I just walked in with my friend and the lady just assumed we were high school students with a very nasty attitude. Saying “no students after 3” and we told her we weren’t high school students and she was so rude about it. So we had to leave I wish I can give negative stars."

"When I got out the car the cashier was out side smoking a cigarette for one ! I came to return something the same cashier told me she had to get the manger to return it however he was nowhere to be found she had to ring a bell and call him to come to the front .... Literally five minutes he comes to the front with an attitude and tells me he can't return the item even though the employee that sold me the item and on the box it says you can return the item at any store ! I asked him for his name and the corporate number . I called the number he gave me and I was another business number not corporate! I then told him it's not the right number and he lied again and said that's the only number he has ! I asked for the district manger number from him and the employee they said this district managers name was Javier and they could not give me his number. I said who can I report you all to and they said they don't have a number to give me. The Manger and employee were highly disrespectful and lying about the return and would not give me any number to talk to a higher up to prevent me from reporting the incident."

"Your employees do not allow you to enter the phone number before charging, I told one of them that I have a phone number and he didn't even listen to me, he just put the total and printed the receipt. Many times I have bought here and they never accept that one put the cell phone number. Bad service! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS! DO NOT COME HERE."

"If I could give a zero for customer service I would for the young lady. I had a scan code. She claim it didn't work. Well, the young came over and scanned the code perfectly. I bought in my own bag. She didn't want to do that. I informed her that's your job and you will bag my items I placed on the counter! Young Lady, if you do Not want your job, let someone else who do want a job have yours! Learn humility."
