"I went today and I asked the lady where is the finger nail and she was listening to her music and when she responded was in a mean way I see on her face almost yelling at me. And then when I asked she said I don't know and she turned around."

"I have been shopping at family for over 30 yrs. This one here is the most gehtoo one I have ever been to ..most of the cashiers here are as rude as can be .. these ppl are THEIVES.. I paid with a $20 bill and was given a counterfeit $10 bill with my change I didn't notice it until 2 days later because who will assume that you have to check and make sure you haven't been given fake money..they made zero effort to correct this issue...The white lady manager here is useless and should be managing a store out in the woods or appalachian mountains so she can smoke all day and service her cousins with this wrong turn behavior....my suggestion is you should pay with exact change or use your card."

"If I could leave no stars I would. New white manager is so rude, she is rude to every customer that goes in and is always smoking cigarettes outside in front of children. I do not appreciate second hand smoke. Never will I ever bring my business here while she is there. Poor management skills."

"Horrible!!!! I arrived at 8am and the door was locked. I looked inside and the female manager was counting money, and doing something that clearly should have been done before 8am. I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for her to open the store. When she decided to open the door; there was no apology or anything. I get to the register to check out, and still no words. I felt like I was bothering her. I remember when this lady first came to this store. She did not act like this! She was under a supervisor who did not play these type of games. Hopefully, her boss will review these messages and offer her some sort of managerial training, but then again, you can’t train people to have character."
