"Monday February 19, @ 1:00, me and my wife walked into store, nobody spoke the 2 black girls just looked at us with the meanest looks, after paying for my items I said thank you and the cashier just looked at me... Wow so rude I'll never come here again, poor customer service horrible people working here"

"Visit this location today and the opening person arrived at this location 3 minutes before store opens. The store didn't open until 9:08am when the store hours are 9am-10pm. I'm guessing she had to count the till and etc before opening but allow yourself more time to do so so that the store is open on time for the customers. Three customers left because the store wasn't open while I waited."

"I’ve been coming to this store for almost 13 yrs but it’s been almost 3 yrs now that customer service needs service! I honestly never seen the mngr. They don’t open on time and always close early! I give it 3 stars only because they almost always have what I need."

"I have been coming to this store almost daily for 5 years. After yesterday I will never go again. The line was extra long the customers were being ignored while line continued to grow. While the cashier did I dont know what. The cashier was rude felt showing some one how to use a register was more important than the growing line of customers. One lady was double charged almost everything and elderly lady was asked for I'd after telling the other customers do the survey the managers pay attention to them. Training on the register could clearly wait as one woman stated. It was all out horrible experience. I will go anywhere to shop but this store. I refuse to contribute to the paychecks of such rude people"

"The manager there while they were remodeling was so sweet and worked so hard....but now....goodness. talking on the phone in speaker, loud, didn't even greet me like they use to. Never ask if anyone needs help finding anything. Offering to buy candy so they get a bonus. No one cares about your bonus. How about you offer to purchase a candy for our district contest, or for the damn kids. Make something up.l no one will know. But don't mention money and bonuses while you run a store with no professionalism. Store is looking better. But if there was another family Dollar by I would go there instead of this store only because the employees (management) are inconsiderate and have no customer service skills."
