"Customer service is terrible. The lady that works up there acts like she’s in the medical field when all she really does is take notes for the important people with an education, she refused to do my daughters physical on a whim that my daughter didn’t have a father. Clearly she has to have a father, because in order to conceive a child, it takes two people which clearly shows her level of education in the medical field. I’m not sure she’s even equipped to be taking down Messages."

"The wait is forever which is understandable. I had called before I visited and was told they accept Cigna. I went there give them insurance and get treatment. The doctor just told me to get some otc allergy pills and didn’t even tell me the dosage. 2 weeks later got a notice from Cigna says it was out of network. Worst experience ever"

"I tried to take my son here to get cleared on a concussion from football practice. The lady at the desk turned us away because they "don't have an MRI machine." Last time I checked, doctors are the only ones who can order an MRI. She just didn't want to work."

"This is the worst doctors office ever. Ever time my wife or mother goes in they give them a hard time and make us wait forever. The last time i went in the lady told us we should find a new doctors office. So we will be doing that. We won’t ever be going back to any covenant offices or hospitals."

"We went on a Saturday and never go prescription called in for a severe infection. Got a call back on monday that prescription had been called in. Even the Pharmacy called the clinic and never got a call back. That's poor service in my opinion. Will not go there again."
