Reviews of Replica CDC
"They are amazing and anytime I have had a concern, they have addressed them and worked with us. I would recommend this center and their standards are higher than off-base. Sometimes it is helpful to have a little bit of insight on what goes on day to day with all the kids and their staff (our kids really be wilding out). I think this center needs kudos on how well they care for our kids. Thank you for caring for my baby and I can honestly say that I can go to work without worrying for her safety."
"I would give a negative zero for administrative. My child has been scratched, hit, and yet the answer I got was “kids act like that this age”. These two kids were jumping off furniture, scratching and screaming at teachers. At some point the director needs to do something my child should not have to suffer in a class because children are taught at home how to behave. Now I love love her teachers and will miss them but when she states everyday she is hit or her hair pulled and then she has a scratch on her chest I am done. So the director the director is horrible she has no clue what is going on and the teachers are exhausted. I got denied moving to another room or moving up to a higher age group but they had no problem moving her up to make room for children before her."
"I wish I could give it zero stars! From the first day I enrolled my children into the facility, I talked to them about the issues my son was having since his father deployed. They saw for themselves what was happening with him. Not once did I receive a parent conferences, any support, any recommendations, or any information on military resources from any of the staff. I got to the point were I told them just call me and I will come try to intervene (since no one else would). I was at the daycare everyday multiple times a day and calling almost hourly. A week later they started making reports on my son and suspended him. This was after they had the police dispatched on him ( a 4 year old boy). The director and the leadership of this facility are incompetent. I watched 1 video of his behavior and saw the Director, Liz Bernal, pulling and jerking on him stand up against him and having no respect for his personal space. I mentioned this to the CYS Administrator, Ann Ogle, and she told me that she would have done the same thing and that maybe the facility isn't the right place for me. Military families should be able to rely on facilities created for us. The staff should be trained to handle situations especially when it comes to the effects of deployment on families. There needs to be an investigation on the facility and it's leadership."
"I don't even know where to start. The teachers are lazy, mean and not caring. My child got abused and he got traumatized about that heck school. It took him for a while to get out of that trauma. He even used to cry whenever I drove that area because he thought that I was dropping him off at that hell like school. The facility is nice and clean but most of the teachers who were in my sons classroom were mean. They didn't even put him new socks when someone spilled water on my sons feet, He had soaked wet feet all day and one day, I picked him up earlier than usual, the teacher was yelling at my son. It broke my heart and I was so upset so I talked to the assistant director and she was busy supporting that teacher so they can avoid to get in trouble. There are tons of other things to share but It will take me over night to finish writing about all those happening."
