"After patronizing the store many times the owner came out one afternoon and chastised me for parking my motorcycle and his parking lot for 3 minutes while I walked in the UPS store. After being a regular customer in the highland Mart I really didn't see what the big deal was. He threatened to have my motorcycle towed and was very rude! fair warning. I asked him if he was going to be able to get a tow truck there in the 5 minutes that I would be in the UPS store. Maybe if you were a little bit nicer to people you're parking lot would be full and you wouldn't have to worry about it. it being empty"

"Give this guy your business! The owner is an incredibly nice guy. I stopped in while on a weekend trip at an Air BnB near by and needed coffee filters. They didn't have the size I needed for sale, so he took the time to find ones in his personal stock and gave me a stack to get us through the weekend. He went out of his way to make sure I left with what I needed. You just don't find customer service like that anymore or people that actually care about strangers/customers in general. Day was made by 10am!"

"Poor management. Consistently closes at random times due to lack of adequate staffing. Bad attitude with patrons and has little patience with his forever empty parking lot. I would not recommend."
