"Not sure if due to pandemic but this place now just seems to be mostly selling clothes...few booths with furniture and home items. prices WAY too high for used stuff. It is clean and very well kept."
"One of the best flea markets I have ever seen, prices are reasonable on just about everything I have seen in there. It will take you hours to walk and see all they have to offer"
"I love this peddlers mall, it’s one of the best. However I still have yet to buy anything from inside the store because of the incredibly rude, and awful employees. Every single time I’ve been in this store it’s always something. Once I’m strolling along minding my own business when an employee walks past me, and then turns around to tell me my purse was too big, and she needed to search it, and I was out, I left. I’m not going to be accused of stealing because of the size of my purse, that’s ridiculous, humiliating, and unnecessary. I will never come back in this business again. A friend of mine also had trouble in this store for something completely different, but also unnecessary. I do go to the parking lot sometimes on the weekends and will and have bought things from those individuals. But as far as the store itself YOU’RE DONE! As far as the owner replying with the whole purse policy being for everyone’s safety, I never felt more unsafe than when an employee confronts me and proceeds to check my purse when I’m just shopping. It’s pretty unnerving. I would like to say for the record, that I’ve been to every peddlers mall around Louisville, and they are the ONLY location who does this. The only location where the employees are rude and nasty, and confrontational with authority complexes, who enjoy policing paying customers doing nothing wrong."
"I know the building is OLD, but it does need a lot of work. With that being said, this spot had so many great booths with some awesome items. I can't wait to go back and explore again! I love thrifting and this is a fantastic spot"
"For the last 5 years I have been coming here pretty regularly. I've never had a problem with my small backpack purse. It is smaller than a lot of bags, I carry it SPECIFICALLY because I know bag size can be an issue in some places. I also have a disability that I have to use a cane because of, and other issues. The bag I have is easiest for me to carry because it goes on my back and not on either side, I can be hands free, and is easy to take off to access my wallet among other things like medication. The last time I went, I immediately had a very rude lady at the front door telling me I can't come in because of my bag TYPE (backpack style with two straps) and I would have to leave it in my car. As I was leaving to go put my bag in the car, there was a woman wearing an actual full sized backpack much bigger than mine with one strap that went across her chest, and she was carrying a child. She was let in. I did not go back inside, as I was angry and disappointed. I felt like because she had a child she was given a pass. This is not okay. If you're not careful, it could be seen as discrimination. Someone could have medical equipment that they need to carry with them in a bag that is easy for them to take on and off in case of emergency. The fact that it wasn't even the SIZE of the bag that was the issue, but the type of straps I had on it, is ridiculous. Pictures for reference, the bag I had is 11" by almost 4.5" by 8" I like to shop here, so I hope things improve. But I see a lot of customers are being driven away."
