"We stayed here for a couple of nights about two weeks ago and enjoyed our room so much that we booked the same exact room when we ended up coming back through this week. The rooms are clean snd nice, very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant."

"It was my first time staying at this hotel. I usually stay at a different hotel in the area, but decided to try this one as it had a good rating on Google. However, I did not enjoy my stay. The first room I had was nice, but when I went to use the bathroom, the whole floor was wet because there was a leak coming from the ceiling. I was able to switch rooms, but the second room also had a problem. The second room's door latch was barely hanging on. I tightened the screws with my keys to see if that would help, but the latch just would not catch at all, so was pretty much pointless. As a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe with that room. Again they switched my room, and the 3rd one was good. The walls are super thin in the rooms. I could hear everyone walking in the hallway and the people staying above me. I didn't sleep great, so I opted to leave early before the complimentary breakfast was set up, which is one thing I was looking forward to. The people at the front desk were very nice but it was frustrating that 2 out of 3 rooms were bad, so I was constantly hauling my bags, and walking up and down stairs to get new keys/return old keys at the front desk. I'm annoyed I spent what I did for a night here. Wasn't a good experience and I don't think I'll be staying here again in the future."

"Ive stayed two nights here,which were going ok,i thought. Until 5 am this morning a barking dog woke up me,my dad, my cousin and a friend of ours that stayed here with us while traveling thru to colorado. I called the front desk she said she would send someone up to check on the dog. It is now 9:22 am and they barely got the dog to quit barking. Im traveling 6hours in negative degree weather and would like to be rested for this trip. I asked for a refund but the girl at the front counter was very rude and said i would not getting any type of refund because they didnt hear any dog barking on my floor. How convenient. My party of four has heard the dog barking all morning keeping us awake. Ive paid over $400 for two nights in the suite and couldnt get a decent nights rest. Im going to shower and head out knowing i will never ever stay in another La Quinta inn ever again. I travel alot so im sure my reveiw wont matter much to either party but just a heads up if you have a complaint about this hotel, theyll act like they dont know what youre talking about. There is one positive note about this stay, the young dude atvthe counter went way above and beyond his duties by endlessly trying to get the cowboy game on a tv so we could watch it. He went as far as trying to hook it up in our room. Im not sure what his name is but he knows who he is and i thank him. Other than that ,the barking dog, the girl at the front desk who was hard of hearing and couldnt hear no barking dogs for the hotels convenience all get a zero star."

"Room was clean beds comfortable. However the front on the air conditioner would not stay up because it was broken and when it came on it was loud. The biggest thing to me was the laundry. Washer and dryer $3.50 each. And both were older and didn't work well. I will stay again but can't afford to wash clothes."
