"Amazing team at the Hampton Inn as I had messed up my reservation with the incorrect dates and they helped me correct it. The room was clean, pool and hot tub exceeded our needs, and the morning breakfast was great. We stay at a lot of different hotels, and when we come back to Dumas to visit family, there is only one place we will be staying at and that is the Hampton Inn. Great experience."

"I rarely give a 5-star to a hotel but this Hampton Inn deserves one. Modern, immaculate all-around three-story hotel. Free wine & beer in the lobby when we arrived in the evening- which my husband really enjoyed. Big tv in our king room for a change! Outlets and USB ports everywhere, and a heating system that quietly worked. Soft bedding, comfy bed—my only criticism is the pillows which weren’t comfy at all but hard and lumpy. Bathroom pristine and shower great. And the breakfast was the BEST I’ve had in our long months of travel: sliced kielbasa sausage, mini-cheese omelets, fruit, fried potatoes and more. Thanks Hampton Inn!"

"I requested a quiet area & room and they provided us with that request. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking area was well lit. Breakfast was great with a good variety as well as hot meal of waffles, toast, eggs and bacon. Staff was professional and friendly."

"Went to a wedding in Amarillo and stayed in this hotel for Friday and Saturday. Friendly staff. It appears they have 1 or 2 receptionists handling all concerns from the guests at any given time. My TV wasn't working, so one of the receptionists came to my room to try to help. There was nothing she could do so I wasn't able to watch anything during my leisure time. Their complimentary breakfast was very decent. They had one staff member handling the entire breakfast routine from 6 am to 10 am. The room keeping staff had everything stocked at all times, so that was excellent! I'd stay again."
