"Floor were dirty and towels was cleaned had stains in them and couldn't lock door from inside"

"My truck broke down, and it happened in the perfect location. Rented a room from the nighttime clerk by the name of Rosh, and he was very very kind, courteous, and professional. He help us to get situated for the night. He had such a great attitude, and you could tell that he cared about our situation. That definitely relieved some stress, and allowed for a great rest. Thanks ROSH!!"

"This was a horrible experience. First thing was the dust and stained chairs in the lobby. Onto the actual room, the air unit is an outdated unit, it was off so it was 85 in the room to begin with. No mattress covers, dirty outdated carpet and furniture. Turned on the bathroom light and there were dead bugs on the floor. Could not sleep comfortably at all, prayed I didn’t see or experience bed bugs, roaches, mice, or spiders. The locks on the door did not work properly. I don’t recommend staying here especially at the price they charge."
