"Very poor customer service! I went in to buy some cigarettes. I recently moved to this side of town, and was my first trip to my favorite store of dollar general! I stepped up the counter, ordered my cigarettes. The cashier asked for my ID, which is OK but it was in the car. I am 63 years old! I asked can you not tell that clearly I am over 21 and she was very snarky saying it’s the rule! So I stepped out to grab my ID came back in and thought she would sell me cigarettes. There was a line about five people long. She asked me to step to the back of the line as I had stepped out to get my ID that SHE had requested! I left and promised to give a poor review the worst part is her name is pearl and she is the store manager! She should know customer service is important and occasionally the rule could be broken clearly I am over 21!"
