"This location is a ripoff for Uhaul rentals. I have proof they overcharged me an extra day when i made extreme efforts to return it one day early. The clerks working were incompetent. They could not sign me in with their system but told me not to worry and they would sign me in when they fixed it. I even came back to ask why I was not signed in. They said they were still working the problem but not to worry. They assured me that they knew I came in early at 7:30am and that I would only be charged for one day. The receipt I finally received showed I signed the van in at 12:20 (5 hrss later than I did) and pushed me to a 2 day rental. I immediately called Uhaul customer service and they have a claim in for a refund. I have contacted nmy bank and put in a fraud alert to say I was scammed. I will post this review to yelp and directly to the Perrin Market web page so their customers know they will get scammed"
