"Never enough staff, soda machine always broken coolers not cold enough, Big red never stocked, restroom locked or dirty, fuel pumps not clean, recommend revamping store and staff, hopefully with more friendly attitudes"

"I went in at 1427 Palo Alto Store and your cashier Manuel is always rude to customers that have some change to pay with, he shows his frustration. This man is always complaining if it means for him to work and I don’t appreciate it , if he didn’t want to deal with people he should’ve found another job. Never will I bother to got there and deal with workers like that."

"Attention San Antonian's too this inconvenience store. First of all they DO NOT accept the Wal-Mart gift card like other USA Murphy's do. The Clerk was very obnoxious and very disrespectful. Hey you inconvenience's me as your customer . I gotta inform people that place isn't worth spending a dime. Warming too the owner ill rewrite this posting if i find your comments mildly incoherent. Further would not recommend this place too anyone . once you google the address look at the reviews youll be glad you did."

"I've been going to this location for about 2 yrs. It started out great but lately it has a high turnover. The new employees are rude and confused. For the first time instead of looking at my I'd she wanted to scan it. Never heard of that before. She tried to inform me that they have always done it. Well I've always showed it and went on about my way. She was rude about. So I guess I'm not going there anymore. My business is going down the street. I hate rude employees."
