"Store 8102 Callaghan Rd, San Antonio, TX 78230 Dear Sir or Madam, Good morning! On July 3rd, 2018 at approximately 8:20am I went into the above store for 3 Monsters for $5, that is what I had been getting the last few weeks. I got my 3 Monster drinks to them to the cashier (assistant manager). She told me that they are not on special anymore, I told her that it still is displayed 3 for $5. She then began to raise her voice at me with customers around "IT IS ONLY ME I HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO THE DISPLAYS YET!" Very, very rude person, I would say lady but she is not that!!! She asked me if I still wanted the 3 I told her no just the 2. Mind you there are other customers there. As I was leaving she started bad mouthing me with the other customers. If you or anyone else comes into my place of business and the advertised price is what is displayed, I am going to be professional about it and give you that price even if it was my responsibility to change the displayed price. I am not going to raise my voice and belittle you in front of anyone. Very unprofessional she was. Her customer service skills are lacking, if she speaks to customers this way I can only imagine how she treats her employees!!!!"
