"Wow!! What a horrible experience of a day for a wedding event that should have been almost perfect. All the blame and problems came from the rental specialist Chloe Kateras. This young lady should not be, basically in customer service to help people. Her personality is very dry. Chloe is NOT friendly, compassionate, concern for others needs, she is NOT personal or a kind individual. The wedding event was 40 minutes late due to not unlocking doors on time base on the written contract we signed with Mrs. Jodie who was a joy to work with until Chloe took over. Our event took place outside and we rented four rooms. The bride was so terribly upset that we had to wait for her to check in by signing in before the wedding coordinator could start to decorate indoors and outdoors. The bride had no dressing room to wait in. It was a very stressful beginning when it didn't have to be. Alot more happened from beginning to end of the event. Way too much to type up. Most of the other staff members was very helpful and understanding to our needs. I advise anyone who plans on having something as important as a wedding event find another venue location. That day is too precious to have Chloe involved in your planning at BrushyCreekCommunityCenter. She's not good at her job. Read the other reviews on her you will see. She hasn't been in this position long at this site. Make sure you have a really good wedding planner to speak on your behalf. Blessings"

"I have always worked and made it smooth with any rental agreement I made with Sue Shutter, she was very kind without looking at any race and very easy to communicate through phone or email. The new rental staff, Chloe Koteras, seems so rude and not at all good customer service. Just for asking them to find out if Kitchen included on the day of rental, they opened the kitchen which i didn't even need and charged me without my knowledge. Also beware their rental equipment like, speakers or projectors are not good quality and will not work properly. When I told them for their awareness (not to get any money back), she responded to me, bring your own next time if you have any complains with ours. I don't know if anyone got hard time with renting rooms at BCC. I know this community center is middle of Indian community and many Indians might rent this place and so they might have bad experience with one or they just don't like Indians. I felt very racist behavior. I never had to deal with these rude responses with any staffs before at BCC."

"Gym wise, I only go here because it’s nearby. I’ve visited here and there since 10 years ago and I don’t think the weight room has gone through renovations; it’s still small and can get busy very quick b/c some main machines there’s only 1 of. Keep good track of your belongings cause theft is super common here, and security + management is non-existent / won’t look into it even if it happened in front of a camera"

"Attended a wedding here. It's a beautiful setting for events. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for any function you may want out doors. They have a covered area we used for the reception also."
