"I was on the hunt for a 1/2 inch 20 thread lug bolt for a very particular project; ended up going to 8 different places, with these folks being stop #7. While they didn't have the part, they had no issue giving me a very similar part for free to try. They even made recommendations on other places to try; the customer service was fantastic. It felt very personal and quaint in the best way possible. I'll be coming here for any more odds and ends, bolts and nuts, as time goes on. 10/10"
