"The one star is due to the night employees recently. They have been locking the door hours before the store is supposed to close. It recently started happening when the new cashier started. He is rude and should not be working in customer service. I arrived with my kids at 9:14 and he did not allow us in. This is very unprofessional to deny service during business hours. Family dollar corporate should do something about this."
"UNACCEPTABLE. I bought several items - and then returned one item - - they would Not give me my Receipt back - - I then demanded that they give it back to me - only then they gave it back to me. The Manager said it was their Policy to keep the receipt on store returns. * Avoid This Store - - UNACCEPTABLE - All stores that I have been to in my entire life have always handed me back my receipt after the return / refund transaction - especially a receipt of several purchased items. (The exception to this rule is if only one item is on the receipt)"
