"Totally NOT the workers’ fault, but my god this station sucks. If the pump isn’t accepting cards, they’re out of commission. Prepaying inside doesn’t even fix the problem because the system is complete garbage - it either doesn’t accept the prepayment at the pump, or it voids the transaction at the pump. The poor workers are trying to, but how can they help if the computers and pumps are outdated and broken?"

"Tezel Market = Untrustworthy People Working Here Story time: Unfortunately I forgot my phone on the front counter & when I realized it I went back & the front manager said he left it on the counter. It was nowhere to be found. The two employees in the front were not being very honest & both of them had two different stories on what happened to the phone. Fast forward the next day, no phone call or follow up on the phone. The manager said he would give me a call to review the surveillance footage. Never received a call. I received a call from a customer of the store the next day that doesn’t even live near the area. Saying that they found the phone in the restroom stall in the toilet paper holder & they found it. They didn’t want to leave it with the front person because they felt the same way I did & didn’t trust the employees working there. I was able to get my phone back from this wonderful human for doing the right thing & returning the phone to its rightful owner. Management & employees should all be reviewed under evaluation for this matter."

"When you need small medines/ over-the-counter medical items and also just basic groceries. This Market is a place you want to go. It was 5 a.m. Moss grocery stores don't open at 6 and I thank Tezel market for updating and being accurate on the fact it opened at 5 am. Lawrence was pleasant and helpful at this time of day"
