Our classes are held once a week, with each session lasting 30 minutes and covering stretching, warm-up, instruction, and self-guided practice. No specific dress code is required, but we recommend girls wear shorts under dresses if applicable.
Children will have the opportunity to work on motor-skill development and learn various gymnastics skills such as rolling, swinging, jumping, cartwheels, handstands, balancing, and coordination using age-appropriate equipment brought in by our instructors. All our coaches undergo thorough background checks, training in early childhood development and physical fitness, and are CPR and First Aid certified.
Tuition varies by location, with auto-charges on the 1st of every month. We offer a fun-filled event onsite at schools with music, relays, team building activities, and more, all aimed at promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, encouragement, empathy, and resilience.
