About Us
Champs Express is a dynamic institution located at 24275 Katy Freeway in Katy, Texas, United States. We specialize in providing early childhood fitness and exercise programs to children at preschools, daycares, Montessori's, and learning academies. Our mission is to introduce children to fitness in a fun and playful way, helping them discover their inner Champion.
Our certified coaches conduct on-site Express fitness classes at your child's school, focusing on gross motor skill development, balance, coordination, teamwork, and creative play through the fundamentals of gymnastics. We also offer TeamBuilders field trips for elementary students, bringing fun and safe activities directly to local summer care schools.
If you have a passion for working with children, consider joining our team as a coach! We are always looking for dedicated individuals to help us expand our mission. Our classes are held once a week, with each session lasting 30 minutes and covering stretching, warm-up, instruction, and self-guided practice. No specific dress code is required, but we recommend girls wear shorts under dresses if applicable.
Children will have the opportunity to work on motor-skill development and learn various gymnastics skills such as rolling, swinging, jumping, cartwheels, handstands, balancing, and coordination using age-appropriate equipment brought in by our instructors. All our coaches undergo thorough background checks, training in early childhood development and physical fitness, and are CPR and First Aid certified.
Tuition varies by location, with auto-charges on the 1st of every month. We offer a fun-filled event onsite at schools with music, relays, team building activities, and more, all aimed at promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, encouragement, empathy, and resilience.
