"bought a bag of ice here that I had been using for a couple of days. this morning I noticed some of the ice has a dark brown coloring on some of it and looked dirty to me. feeling nasty I politely went back in to the store and asked if I could get a different bag of ice since it's no more than $3. the lady at the front was very rude. she said I couldn't prove it was dirty before I bought it and laughed at me."
