"So disappointed in Film Alley. I took the family to bowl for Valentines Day fun. We bowled for 2 hours and ordered our food within 30 minutes of being there and we never got our food!!!!!!!!! Then they had the nerve to bring me my check and said they were boxing up our food and bringing it out, so I paid. We still never got our food!!!!! I asked for a refunded and that we were done waiting! They couldn’t provide a receipt of the refund because I sure couldn’t trust that they would actually give my money back and it was $128.41 bill! I had to have the manager hand write a confirmation just in case they don’t refund! It’s Valentine’s Day and they had maybe 5 employees total on duty. Done with that place!"

"First time at Film Alley. Not at all crowded and excellent customer service from the time we walked in until we left. The theater itself was in need of some updates—chairs are dated but comfy. Overall not bad for the matinee price. Sufficient parking, bowling alley and small arcade in lobby area but we didn’t use those areas. Nice place for a family date night or to keep young kids busy for a few hours. If you’re going on a date with your spouse you might choose a theater without an arcade or more updated seating."

"I was surprised with how big the theater was and how it is much more than a theater-it is more of a family entertainment center. It has bowling alleys, an huge arcade, a large dining area, and a very comfortable theater experience. You order any food/drinks from your seat-very convenient! It was also very clean! I enjoyed watching the movie; the experience was nice; the theater was clean! Enjoy!"
