"Don't walk, but RUN to Nails by Annalyse! She does amazinggggg pedicures, manicures and facials!! Please do yourself a favor and go get a self care treat! I’m a faithful client! Not to mention she has excellent customer service!"
"This business is on ClassPass and allowed me to book an appointment through the app. I showed up for my appointment and the woman said I was at the wrong business. I checked with the front desk staff and they assured me it was the correct business and we went back to her salon within Rogers Premier Salon Luxury Suites. The woman then says I was at the correct business, but that she doesn’t accept ClassPass appointments any longer. I don’t appreciate that she lied to me the first time when I asked if it was the correct business. She was dismissive of the situation and I didn’t appreciate the way it was handled. Now I have been charged $31 dollars via class pass for missing my appointment, even though she is apparently “inactive” on the app. Will be reaching out to ClassPass to solve this issue, incredibly disappointing."
