"These people are absolute rip offs. They pretty much stole our money. We purchased some flooring. James their employee said buy some extra what you don't open you can return. We go to install it and it was absolute junk. We take the unopened boxes back and they said sorry no returns. They lied anyway they could to try and get out of returning the junk flooring. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. Terrible experience."
