"Prescription not filled because insurance wanted a preauthorization but the clerk at CVS failed to convey that message, instead said prescription was not sent from MD office. Very poor working and communication skills. I ended up using GoodRx.com and the prescription was cheaper than with my insurance - go figure! May be finding a more efficiènt pharmacy."

"I went in to use the restroom. The ladies restroom was only one space (no stalls). It was not very clean for quite early in the day. I was in before lunch. I got to shop around and found a shirt I really liked. I spoke with a sales associate about returning the shirt at a different location if it didn't fit or I didn't like it. She said most definitely I could. I started chatting with her and forgot to tell her about the bathroom. She was a very nice lady. The store overall was clean and tidy. Things were easy to find. I was impressed with the store as soon as I walked in. They had a large card section and a large gift card section."
