"Arrived and checked in for a delivery at 11am. Sat waiting for over 2 hours. Called the office to ask about being unloaded soon because we had another load to get. After that phone call, forklift drivers brought trucks in that arrived AFTER me and started unloading them. I stopped a worker and asked about being unloaded. His response “we have stuff to do. We will get to you when we get to you”. Another forklift driver stopped and apologized. Told me he’d get me unloaded and that the office told them not to unload us and get everyone behind us done first."

"They need a separate place for incoming loaded trucks to unload so you don't have to wait on all the trucks that are loading out, 45 min to an hr to load a truck, 10-15 min to unload. doesn't make any sense to wait 3hrs on the trucks loading when it takes 15 min to unload"
