"Overall great food, was a little off. Asked for light cheese and got regular cheese"
"I ordered two pizza's one hand tossed and one deep pan. I picked my ordered up and after I got home I seen they made two hand tossed pizza's. So I called and got sent to a call center, after about 20 minutes on hold the call center said they had to connect me to the store I got my order from.. another 20 minutes on hold, I asked for them to just reimburse me the $1 extra I was charged for the deep pan. They refused and offered to remake the pizza but by then its been an hour and i just wanted my dollar back at that point and they refused and hung up on me. I was completely flabbergasted why they wouldn't just give me my dollar back and instead of remaking another pizza."
"Very good pizza wings and cheese bread. Too warm in dining room. Several flies also. Short staffed. Phone ringing without ceasing. Pretty pricey for level of customer care."
