"The burger king in West City Illinois had no meat for the burgers only had fish and or chicken. It seemed odd. Do Better Next Time"
"I was unaware that they put pickles on fish sandwiches when I went through the drive thru earlier in the day. I was headed out of town for the day and when I got back I took the sandwich in to see if they could replace it. The person at the front counter whom I think was a manager or at least a shift leader, was awesome! Not just with me but with the other customers as well. Top notch customer service. I hadn't been to a BK in quite a while but I will definitely be going to this particular location a lot more. I think the employees name was Donte' or something similar."
"Garbage and poorly run. Waited 30 mins then 10 more minutes to get money back. Manager couldn't or wouldn't run the shift. Crew was obviously over stressed and didn't get any assistance from him. They clearly hadn't been able to clean or stock any needed materials. They kept taking orders even though they couldn't complete a single one. It took the manager and 2 crew members to even get money back after they finally paid attention to me asking to cancel my order. Taco bell had us in and out in 5 mins."
"Burger King is still the best in terms of Fast Food for me. Nice interior too. Still much better for the quality vs the price then some places nearby like McDonald's."
