"WARNING! Do not park in their lot. They have a deal worked out with a tow truck robbing people blind for parking there and not being a customer. Perfectly reasonable that they don't want random cars in their private lot but the small sign on the other side where no body is looking is BS and low. I wouldn't do business with them solely because the guy standing at the door when we parked could have easily popped his head out and told us to check the sign but instead decided to get me charged a 100 dollar drop fee. Hindsight, I don't think the tow guy was planning to actually leave with the car, seems like he pretended to be finishing up until I showed up. He was hooked to my rear and my car is front wheel drive. He had no equipment to reach the front. Unless he planned to dragged it out like a moron."

"I brought my car in last week on June 7, I was told I'd be given an estimate on Tuesday or Wednesday on the following week after by the latest. It is now past the time frame that had been given to me and time is in the essence. I gave them a call regarding the issue and they delayed me by another week. I HIGHLY recommend not coming to this shop, if you truly care about your car and time."
