"I love the products. The customer service is usually great. But I find their prices RIDICULOUS. As a non-contractor, I can work with the employees there for better pricing (which is helpful), but it's drama to do so. Why can't you all just provide a reasonable price your paint to begin with ... so that I don't have to beg for it every time. Going back to the big box store because I am tired of the conversations around pricing."
