"This is the most unorganized store I have ever been in. There is not enough employees to take care of customers. My husband bought a gas range and a refrigerator. It took him an hour and a half to get it paid for. He tried to pay cash but the stove had to be ordered on line so he had to use his debit card. They told him it would be delivered on Thursday Jan. 9th. He got a call Monday night and the message was from XPO. They said they were making a delivery on the 6th between 7AM and 6PM. Long story short. Home Depot didn't tell him that the stove would be delivered seperate. He told them he needed both delivered and hooked up. We just found out it would be dropped off curb side and not brought in. This is unbelievable. Had they told him this he would have never bought it."
