"Bait and switch during windows and door order. Rep, Chuck Gierman, showed one quote with prices of windows then slid a price increase in, on the windows, when a more complicated door was requested. Not very professional. Luckily this 16 year contractor and Realtor won’t forget! Update; Management did not like my review and asked that I reached out. Unfortunately they were not interested in resolving the issue even after I sent a copies of the original window bid. After speaking with Chuck again he stated, “If I feel a customer is going to be difficult I usually just don’t call them back”! As if I was lucky he put my order through at all. He never had to come on site. He only showed me one option for windows. Not sure how much easier it can get."
