"I went in and got a tattoo. I picked the design straight out of their book. It was my first tattoo. The old guy with the beard put it on. As I watched him do his work, his hands shook and I noticed that he wasn't even following the lines that had been applied to my arm. The tattoo was supposed to be symetrical so that the top and bottom looked identical. It was supposed to be a simple tribal tattoo, but now it's a life long reminder: you need steady hands and sharp focus to be a surgeon or a tattoo artist, and going to of that doesn't meet at least those simple qualifications can scar you for life."
