"ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Today’s experience was HORRIBLE! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never had a nail technician speak to me in that manner. On Tuesday February 13, 2024, I went into the salon to have broken nail repaired (being transparent I did not get my nails done here, I normally go to Louisville. But I did not want to take that drive to have one nail repaired. So, I decided to give them a chance, even though the reviews were horrible. I should have followed the review and not go at all). I paid $35 plus a $5 tip, to have my nail repaired and polished with gel polish. Today is February 15, 2024, not even a full 24 hours later and my polished started chipping and peeling off. The young lady applied 3-4 coats and then the clear coat. I went in today after calling and verifying that they would fix it. When I arrived, the male tech had an attitude as soon as I said I was there two days prior. I showed both techs the chipped polish and I asked that they remove the polish entirely and just redo it. He said that he would have to charge me for a polish change (even though I wanted the same color). There was no apology or accountability, he was just ready to say it was my fault or the fact that I had dip powder and so many other things. He basically said, he will fix my nail so that I can leave. There is another nail that will potentially chip and I asked him about it, and he said that when it does to come back again, instead of fixing it. I am extremely disappointed, but now I understand the reviews on their website. He was rude and extremely rough. No matter, the circumstance I will never go back to this establishment, I am surprised that they are still in business."

"They did a beautiful job on my nails. I got Wine colored shelac nail polish with a matte overcoat. The couple doesn't seem social but that doesn't bother me as long as my nails turn out the way I want it. $45 for a fill-in, plus $5 for the matte overcoat. I'm happy with the price and service and I hope it doesn't change the next time I go there."

"Went and got a full set told them I h just wanted them with no color I wanted them to look natural and they painted them this yucky color I should have said something but I'm shy and just went with it. Then when I get home my nail beds were catching on my clothes and in my hair so I called he said come in and he would take a look at it so when I got there he said it was the cuticle catching and he would have to charge me another 25 on top of the 50 I just paid to have the full set needless to say I am furious...I will not be going back and discourage anyone to get theirs done with this guy and his wife.oh and my nails are to big for my fingers. Awful that's all I can say about this business."

"I just relocated here and I did a walk in at the salon. They are cold, they're not welcoming. I got a fill it was $50 and anything you want to do to your nails is additional $10.. $10 for half and $10 for the design which you see I didn't get"

"Don’t even try it. They can’t afford to hire employees but yet don’t know how to do a simple french tip. Both the man and the woman that work there are very rude and aggressive. They will yank your hand and they file VERY hard I almost bled. I asked for a full set with a french tip and the guy said he couldn’t do it. I ended up just getting polish and they don’t take card for whatever reason. Customer service was also bad. They need to go ahead and close down."
