"The owners of this wedding venue are extremely unprofessional. I am disappointed in the treatment received when we went to look at the venue. It was sickening. They took forever to respond to emails for bookings and never once returned phone calls after the fact so we could book and pay for the venue. I would definitely look elsewhere."

"Beautiful wedding venue just northwest of Lubbock, TX on the way to Idalou, TX. Owners pride shows throughout and they run a well oiled machine. Helped decorate for and attended a wedding of 300+ guests June 3, 2023 and the venue handled that size crowd with ease. Indoor/outdoor reception area was spacious. A/C worked great and bathrooms were clean. Lots of photo op spaces. If you’re a bride looking for a great wedding venue, look no further. Not many venues come with linens and decor options like this one. Plenty of level gravel parking and shuttle service offered to guests as they arrive, which was so nice. Cute separate house for bride to get ready beside venue. Rustic and elegant…. Impressive place!!!"

"We got married at Kitalou Gin in 2023 and it was BEYOND PERFECT!! The venue itself is amazing. The grounds on the venue offered so many picture opportunities. I could not have imagined a better place to get married. Lauren was the most amazing part of our wedding day, and because of her, it was a perfect day. She is the best part of the venue. We cannot recommend this venue enough. Your day will be everything and more if you choose here."

"A recent rise of locally converted gins and other farm/ag related buildings makes for lots of new choices in the West Texas area. After recently frequenting the Tin Top Gin, Kitalou Gin is larger, has more options and is better converted for event hosting than their competition. The lady helping and hosting from Kitalou was a very nice and knowledgeable wedding planner and the venue looks wonderful. Competitive pricing makes this outside of Lubbock location something no one should be overlooking."

"Attended a wedding and was surprised of the beauty of this place. It's was nice on the eyes but there were a few things that I am not sure was the venue. (A) everyone looked amazing for a wedding but those hosting it. Wearing a camouflage dress is very odd the be running around directing people and the like. (B) after the wedding and into the reception there was NO source of water to drink. (C) the music was WAY to loud."
