"Ethingtons lumber get all of ur building supplies and then some like recommendations for like measure twice cut once. Or gonna need a board stretcher they got um but they hard to catch um when they in stock I've looked I can't never find um anyhow there good folks friendly service and got more wood than you can shake a stick at. Just be careful around there liable to get a splinter in ya cozel then ya got too much wood."

"My first visit will be my last.... My last visit to Lowe's, Home Depot, or any other hardware, home supply, plumbing supply, electric supply store in the future provided Ethington's is open for the time I necesitate anything sold there for my present (or future) application. This guy is a hoot. Easy going, knowledgeable, and the first few words I heard him say made me chuckle with amusement. I thought immediately, I like this guy. I'm a fair judge of people, and this I did figure correctly. I won't be going ANYWHERE ELSE, from that day on I made my commitment to ETHINGTON'S. I am to be remodeling my 35 year old home soon, updating and repairing the usual and some unusual thimgs. You bet your bottom dollar my loyalty doesn't come without cost. You can take it to the bank, I'll spend a little more if needs be, to procure the items/supplies I'll be using to perform the projects to come with my work at and to my home. 5 STARS and a HOOYAH! to ETHINGTON'S. "Prices are fair and competitive with the big box stores. Quality of wood was average at best. However, my low score is due to being lied to by employees and the incompetence of the delivery driver and a lack of an attempt at a resolution. Order was to be delivered on Friday 7/10. At 3:45pm I called to ensure I was still set for delivery, as I witnessed their delivery truck at another house earlier that day in my neighborhood. The person whom I spoke with told me that the driver had just left 15 minutes ago and would arrive shortly. By 6 pm, no delivery. And since their office closes at 5, no one answered, but I left a voicemail. No one called me back Saturday or Sunday. Come Monday, I call again, and I am told that my order was delivered and to “look” and surely I would notice it next to the big rock and sand pile in my driveway, as noted by the driver. However, my driveway is neither a rock or sand pile. But instead, my order was delivered to a house 5 houses a way still under construction. House numbers not even close (the driver noted it was delivered to my house number). So they had to send someone out to move my order to my house (several hours later) and I lost about 4 days worth of work on my house and now need to reschedule others hired to help with work. No apologies, they just went on with their day and seems like it’s happened before. Maybe it’s worth going somewhere else and paying a little more for a place with accountability. I will not be doing business with them again."
