"Excessive prices and inept staff. Updated review, read more: I returned the this store recently and gave them another chance. The outcome was disappointing. A needed a replacement mirror glass for my Jeep. The employee was helpful and appeared more knowledgeable than on my previous visit and he ordered the part that I needed. But when it arrived it wasn't the correct item, and yet another employee said that they had ordered the wrong part number. Furthermore, they couldn't find the part I needed listed in the catalog. At least they refunded my money without hesitation. My first review of this business based on a previous experience follows below. $27.99 for a windshield wiper blade, $5.49 for a gallon of windshield washer fluid is excessive. These items aren't anything special to justify the price. The employee who sold these items to me was incredibly slow and had great difficulty completing the transaction. He asked for my telephone number SEVEN TIMES! I speak clearly and other people don't have trouble understanding me. There was no excessive noise. He apparently just couldn't remember the number and enter it correctly. He found it necessary to void the transaction and start over even after scanning the purchase items several times for no obvious reason. I will give him credit for being cordial and pleasant, but he appeared to be unfamiliar with his job. He didn't want to simply measure the old wiper blade and find an equivalent product, but went to my vehicle and examined the VIN, then looked up the part on the computer, taking a long time just finding a common item. He even went to the computer to look up 20-W-50 motor oil, which I easily found in plain sight on a shelf in the store. No one in the store, including the staff wore a mask. The store was moderately crowded, apparently due to delay checking out. I have purchased many items from other Advance Auto Parts stores over the years without any problems, but I don't recommend this particular location.
