"Moonlight Musicals always does a phenomenal production with local talent both onstage and in the orchestra pit. We were there on 6/23/18 for The Music Man. In the middle of the 6th scene, the lights flickered, we heard a loud BOOM and the sound/lighting failed. The cast just kept on going , even though it was hard to hear, for several minutes before Mr. Dolter stopped the show. Evidently LP&L blew a fuse on a nearby transformer. We were kept well informed of repair status as well as alternate options if the show would not be able to continued. After approx 45', the power was restored and the play was completed in entirety. We even had a special appearance from a local feral cat who decided he wanted run across the stage!! Facilities are clean and well maintained. They do have limited concessions and a Bahama Bucks serving 5 different flavors. Bring your own chairs/blankets and picnic foods/beverages to enjoy during the show. Always professional and enjoyable experience! Next show in July - How to Succeed in Business without really trying....."
