"I just placed an order for my fourth white oak quarter tiger flake wood veneer sheet. I have been restoring several pieces of 100-year old furniture, and have been impressed with the quality of JSO's products. In addition, the veneer products are exactly as described (so no surprises) and typically arrive sooner than expected. If possible, I would rate this company 10 stars!"

"I tried to conduct a purchase with Steve earlier today and I was deferred to an ebay listing to select product. I responded by remarking that the ebay listing did not appear clear enough for me to discern if the grain pattern was consistent throughout or if it was running the full length of the veneer depicted. I was trying to get a close match to some veneer I was trying to replace which was damaged. It was important to me that I confirm what exactly I was purchasing before agreeing to an order. I had ordered from other veneer companies before and what I got sent to me did not reflect either my request or the grain pattern I had wanted. Steve took immediate disdain to the fact I had mentioned the ebay listing was not clear enough for me to tell. I even sent Steve some images of my project so he could understand what I was looking for. Steve had decided to shut me down right from the outset and said that he was not interested in concluding any business with me more or less. This is not what any customer could call customer service. I of course don't appreciate Steve's attitude and lack of tact dealing with a prospective customer. I am sure this company has many happy customers and probably deservedly so, but in this particular situation Steve cannot say that he tried to make "the customer happy". Steve I am still in need of my veneer and I am more than willing to retract this post if I am given some proper customer service with some respect. The fact that Steve has created such a long winded response and also flat out lied in his response should be the only "red flag" people should take note of. This will be my last addition to this post."

"After widely searching for a beautiful zebra wood veneer, I decided to purchase from JSO Wood Products. On placing my order, I learned they were out of stock on my size but they were able to fulfill my order by cutting down a bigger sheet of their product. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the product."
