"I made an order for valentine's and ordered Chocolates for my wife to go with her flowers and balloons. She did not get the chocolate and I called the same day but had to leave a message. I received a call the next day and was told this would be refunded for the chocolate. That was 11 days ago and now no one will return my call. I will not use this company again. Update: After this review I did get a call back and an apology for the refund not being processed by the 3rd party vendor. I have since received my refund and will be sure to give them another try in the future."
