"Not what I ordered. I placed an online order for a white chocolate raspberry cake. I even confirmed my order with the person at the register. I was so disappointed to discover I was sold a different flavor."

"I bought two bundlet cakes for a birthday and one of them looked really bad. I went back and told them if I could get an exchange because it looked old. The employee looked at me annoyed and told me they were made this morning. I asked again, “ok, can I get an exchange.” She said let me ask and went back. She then came back and and said, “ok we can exchange it.” She grabs another one, “inspects” it and puts it in the bag. I go back to my car and look at it just incase and that one looked worse. A better response would have been, “Sorry about that. Unfortunately, all our cakes for that flavor look like that. Would you like to get a different flavor?” Her inspecting it, knowing it looked the same was very shady and unprofessional."

"Nothing Bundt Cakes makes homemade cakes and cupcakes. Their shop is pretty cool inside, and they always have delicious samples to try. The ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. The only issue I have with these guys is they use artificial ingredients when they don't have too."

They even have sample for us to try. I want a variety so I bought a dozen of cupcake to replace a birthday. I liked all of them. I’m glad that I had found a great cupcake closed to home."
