"Came here for my twins' birthday party and they LOVED it! Our party host, Jonathan, was especially helpful during set up and was very diligent in making sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there! I definitely recommend!"
"It’s not enough that this place has a few attractions for kids. The place is absolutely filthy, and the customer service is nonexistent. Trash cans everywhere are overflowing. The cost of the junk food is of course sky high. The place is run 100% by a bunch of bad mannered kids. I didn’t see one adult in the whole place at any time during the three hours I attended for a party. In one exchange, I asked a kid behind the counter for mustard for the hot dogs that I bought. He said he didn’t have any, and followed by asking if I wanted ketchup. I told him no, I wanted mustard. So he looked at me like as if you wanted to fight and said, “no, we don’t have any,” and turned his back to me. (I saw that same kid peeling out of the parking lot in his truck as I left, with families and children all around.) The bathrooms are some of the nastiest I’ve seen. And given the fact that kids have to wear socks, makes it all the grosser. So kids are walking in and out of those nasty bathroom floors, and then jumping right back onto all the play equipment. Super sanitary! And then there was the moment when my 10-year-old son got stuck on an obstacle course above me, and nobody was around to free him up. I guess nobody’s watching. Whoever owns this place clearly just wants to make as much money as possible, with as little effort as possible. That’s the formula. It’s quite disgusting."
"The Manager Amy was Awesome on the phone and in person. She really was one of the most pleasant, respectful and nicer Managers I've ran across lately when out with my 3 beautiful grand babies. We were there for only hour and a half. Well worth the drive from Buda to Austin on Saturday night from 8:30p-10p. Plus the place was clean including the restrooms. Most definitely recommend this South Austin Location."
"I met the new manager this past week, and I was blown away by her kindness. She went above and beyond to help me and my family out. We love this park and became a member because we needed a solution for fun in the hot summer months. We even had our child’s birthday here and everyone involved had a really good time. Thank you for your kindness!"
"Seems to be a good place as for trampoline park. But they definitely need more room. They look very busy, especially on weekends. The trampolines are so crowded that the kids literally have to jump only vertical. Other then that there lot of fun for kids."
