"Bought a new camper from fun town Denton in November 2023 and other than the price was good I can not say 1 other positive word about them. Tried to send me out with a battery that looked 10 years old, took way too long to get my mso to me I had to call numerous times and get ugly before it ever showed up in the mail weeks after I paid them, in December I got on roof and realized sealants were all weathered & cracked (camper was a leftover unit so sat on their lot awhile) I called fun town in thackerville since closer to me. They scheduled me for 2nd week of January which was no big deal my camper stays inside my shop and we don’t camp in winter. So the Monday before the Friday I was scheduled to take it to winstar location for warranty work I called to make sure they had a bay open for me to bring it (I don’t winterize my trailer) they informed me they don’t have a shop they work on trailers in but instead work on them under carports outside. That didn’t sound very promising so I made multiple attempts to get ahold of Denton location since they have a shop building and have had zero luck. I finally called manufacturer and got approval to take to another dealer that does not sell my brand of camper. I will have to pay for repairs and then be reimbursed. I would not recommend fun town rv to anyone. I should have paid more at another dealer"

"Bought our wildwood camper in July 2023. Sale was great. Before we arrived at our camp site, we had a list of problems. Big ones such as the slide out bed collapsed on the floor and was unusable. Window shade header was detached, shower was not sealed and leaking, solar panel was not charging, …. Dropped the camper off on the way home from our trip and it sat in service for months. Each time they said to come get it, it had some of the same problems i initially reported. Everything they touched was hacked together and very dirty. I finally picked it up in November 2023 and it still had a problem with the solar panel. They quoted me a 3 month minimum wait to bring it back so I ended up troubleshooting and fixing it myself. Their wire repairs were outright dangerous as you dan see in the photos Poor Rachel was great to work with but if you want anything done, do not expect service. Absolutely awful experience. I wish I never bought a camper from them. To whomever reviews these comments at “fun” town; do not leave an empty reply for me to call you to make it right as I’ve seen in numerous other complaints. You don’t return my calls and you have my number. You’ve had 6 months to make it right. I waited 6 months for this review as well."
