"I just came in the family dollar with my family to get some items. I was trying to get a pack of tide pods that I honestly had no idea was behind the counter due to the way they were stacked near items you can get in the front. One of the employees, Ashley, told me to not go behind the counter in a rude manner. I can understand if a customer is not supposed to get an item behind the counter however the way they were positioned I didn’t know.my mother and I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and got into an argument with her and didn’t buy any merchandise and walked out the store. I will no longer be coming to this store location and would like to speak to the owner of this store location."

"The experience was GREAT!!! The staff was very professional and friendly in my shopping adventure. Even though Yolanda was very busy putting out merchandise, she took the time to show me what I was looking for. Then when I got ready to check out, I come across Tina, who was just as friendly and helpful as Yolanda. Tina was very professional and fast in checking out. These two young ladies showed professionalism, great attitudes and friendliness while working. I'll be back to Family Dollar #10130."
